OBJECTIVE: 

The primary objective of the ad campaigns was to enhance Buffalo Tom’s overall brand presence and fan engagement through targeted advertising efforts. Specifically, the goals included:

 

  • Increase Website Traffic: Drive traffic to specific pages such as Spotify landing pages and tour support pages to boost content views, ticket sales, and overall site activity.

 

  • Support Tour Promotion: Raise awareness about upcoming tours and encourage ticket purchases through strategic ad placements.

 

  • Grow Instagram Following: Attract new followers and increase engagement on Instagram to build a stronger social media presence.

 

  • Expand Email List: Grow the mailing list by encouraging new sign-ups, which is crucial for ongoing fan engagement and communication.

 

  • Boost Merchandise Sales: Promote limited-edition and high-value merchandise items to drive conversions and increase overall sales.

STRATEGY: 

1. DSP Campaign ("New Girl Singing")

  • Objective: Drive traffic to the Spotify landing page for the new single.
  • Approach: Targeted ads with video snippets to boost content views and engagement.

 

2. Tour Support Campaign

  • Objective: Increase ticket sales and awareness for upcoming tours.
  • Approach: Ads highlighting tour dates with direct links to ticket checkouts.

 

3. Instagram Growth Campaign

  • Objective: Enhance Instagram profile visits and engagement.
  • Approach: Ads showcasing exclusive content to attract new followers.

 

4. Email List Sign-up Campaign

  • Objective: Grow the email subscriber base.

5. Merchandise Campaign (Vinyl)

  • Total Engagements: 169,397​

  • Video Plays (25%): 65,501​

  • Video Plays (100%): 10,063​

  • DSP Campaign: Achieved a cost per result of $0.56 with 9,578 video plays at 25%.

  • Tour Support Campaign: Cost per website checkout was $9.28.

  • Instagram Growth Campaign: Cost per Instagram profile visit was $0.24.

  • Email List Sign-up Campaign: Cost per subscription was $1.25.

  • Merchandise Campaign: Cost per website checkout was $1.35.

 

These results reflect effective ad spending with high engagement and conversion rates, particularly for Instagram profile visits and email sign-ups.
